Starting on November 1, 2024, some Brightspeed customers running legacy phone systems from providers such as Avaya, Nortel, Mitel, and ShorTel will have their support transferred to Continuant.

Brightspeed is changing its business model to focus on its fiber expansion plans. In the meantime, we're positioned to provide our skills as a leading managed services provider and systems integrator to Brightspeed's former legacy customers.

    Your Service Starts Now

When service begins, every customer will be able to connect with someone from our customer care team. Our customer service center operates 24/7 all year round, ensuring our customers have an easy-to-reach single point of contact for all their maintenance and support needs.

Our goal is to make sure your systems perform at their best. Your legacy devices may seem out of date, but our support will help them run like the day you bought them. Now, when the time comes to migrate to the cloud, your legacy voice systems will be level-set and stabilized—ensuring that you're migration-ready on the legacy side of the house.

As a 2x Global Partner of the Year for Teams Calling and the Genesys New Partner of the Year, we're also well-equipped to support your migration in any capacity. Our teams include experts in Cisco, Microsoft, Zoom, Genesys, Five9, and almost every other major player in the world of UCaaS and CCaaS. Just say the word and we’ll facilitate an Art of the Possible Envisioning Workshop to help build your blueprint for a successful voice-to-cloud migration.

    A Brighter Future, Together

Brightspeed and its customers, current and former, know they can rely on support from Continuant. We're an award-winning service delivery partner with a 28 year track record of delivering superior global technology maintenance and support.

When organizations large and small need someone to keep their communications environment operating at peak performance during a major transition, it’s us they turn to.

As time goes on, we’re looking forward to building a strong, mutually beneficial relationship with our new partners. Call us any time at 800-652-9920 or fill out the support form if you have questions or need extra assistance.
